A: No, the data provided by users are not used to improve AI models, products/services, or any third-party offerings. We prioritize data privacy and ensure that user data is not utilized for model improvements or other purposes. All data are not accessible to other customers or any third-party entities.

Q: Is user data stored separately and securely?

A: Yes, each account has its own instance for data storage. This means that user data is stored separately and securely, ensuring that there is no chance for other users to see or access your data.

Q: Did Vext pass any security audit?

A: Yes, we are currently CASA Tier 2 certified (learn more here), and are currently working towards to SOC Type 2 certification.
