At Vext, we strive to provide a seamless experience where users do not have to worry about the data and its format when importing a data source. However, there are instances where things can go wrong during the process, and here are some of the most common ones.
CSV, XLSX, Google Sheets
Each row of your data is too long, try to downsize or minimize the total columns you're importing; try only import the necessary columns
Notion
The page you're importing is a "Table", "Kanban Board", or "Database"; we currently only support "Page" for Notion, but we are planning to roll out wider support of content format soon
Crawler
The crawler does not have access to the URL you entered
Blocked by website's security measures
